Winter is here, it's cold outside, but toasty inside! Through this cold and unsettling time, why not treat yourself and your friends to some delicious Organic European wines we have personally selected.

We have the perfect wine pack for you to enjoy with some delicious winter dishes while sitting fireside.

Paisajes White Temranillo from Rijoa Ca. Spain. Golden color with amber hues. From very old vines. Pleasant nose of soft dry fruit. Clean and bright on the palate, with great minerality and soft texture. Flavors of St. John’s pear, tropical fruit, pineapple and passion fruit. Balanced finish of fruit in smokey honey flavors. Elegant finish. Serve with heavier lunches, salads, and grilled fish or poultry. Excellent appetizer with Spanish cheeses. 

Gran Feufo Perlada Gran Feudo Rose, Navvara DO Spain. Deep strawberry color with lively mixed berry aromas and fla-vors. Intense, clean fruity flavors with hints of citrus on the pal-ate. Balanced acidity with a long and persistent finish.
A very flexible wine to be enjoyed with heavier lunch meats and cheeses, or grilled vegetables and meats.

Chateau Billard Savignon Blanc AOP Bordeaux. An exotic mouth surrounded by the freshness of the sauvignon guarantees a refreshing agreeable moment. The Chateau Grand Billard has a yellow pale color but also soft notes of lemons which witness the great acidity of the white wines from the Entre Deux Mers region.
A lively, dry, yet medium-full body wine with an elegant and persistent finish.
Excellent with starters such as fish, seafoods or white meat.

Camparo Lange Rosso, DOC D'Alba, Piedmonte, Italy. With its intense varietal red color, the wine brings together and highlights all the aroma and tasting qualities of the three differ-ent varieties. Rich red and black fruits with sandalwood and light spice with balanced acidity. Pair with Northern Italian cheeses, sausage or rich Mediterranean fish dishes.

Dominio de Punctum Cabernet, Lamancha Spain. Bio-Dynamic! Deep ruby red colored with aromas of blueberry and cassis. On the palate is it well balanced with soft tannins leading to a long, persistent rich finish, of mature field berries, with hints of pep-per and spices. A fresh Cabernet Sauvignon, with the structure and texture of a beautifully aged Cabernet. A perfect match for all kind of roasted vegetables, meats and appetizers.

Casa Al Vento Aria, Chianti Classico DOCG, Italy. A glistening ruby red color with shades of dark stone. The aromas of this spectacular wine balloons into the nose with a complex bouquet of red berries, rich tar, spicy wood, and fresh tobacco. Harmonious flavors come from the land on which the vines grow. Pleasantly tannic, dry, and warming. Serve with your favorite savory chicken dish, meatballs and spaghetti, or with roasted meats such as Florentine Steak.
