Refund policy
You may return any unopened wine to us at your expense. The wine must arrive in good condition and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery, the cancelled order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Wine fault are a subjective and difficult problem to assess. While we do our very best to ensure all bottles of wine are kept at the optimum storage facilities there is no way to guarantee imperfections in this living and ever-changing product. If you believe your bottle has been faulted, please get in touch at info@theorganiccellar.com and we will do our very best to make your experience a positive one!
