Tenuta dalle Ore - Clos Sparkling Cabernet

Soft pink color, aromas of red fruit and spring flowers. A delicate effervescence on the palate with flavors of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Very enjoyable by itself or paired with fresh cheeses, and sliced meats. Serve chilled. 

Winemaking 

Clos is the most recent in the Dalle Ore brand. Tradition & innovation have brought this sparkling version of Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September, then undergo a soft pressing. They are separated from the skins; then both first and second fermentations happen in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, by the traditional Charmat method.
