Burgno Martino Lambrusco, Lombardia 

Some bubbly perhaps? To start off your gathering, the Lambruscco from Burgno Martino is a fun wine.  Late fermentaion inthe bottle makes this sparkling wine a favorite! 

Intense red with persistent violet foam. Dak fruit and balanced
minerality. This intense sparkling Lambrusco has mineral and fruity aromas.
Fresh and lively on the pallet and incredible pure in the mouth.
Deep favor, long and elegant finish. Pair with pecorino and with
aged cheeses such as parmigiano reggiano and grana padano
also, tasty meat main courses such as cotechino, game or
Fiorentina.
Serving Temperature: 11°C /52°F

Tomasella Friulano, DOC Friuli, Veneto. 

Light yellow straw color, with inviting and refined subtle aromas.
Recollections of honey and acacia blossom, accented by fresh fruit
such as pears and apples.
The freshness on the front palate is pleasing with light acidity,
and the full-bodied and smooth texture on the back palate, expresses
the perfect balance and long flavors. Slight finishing tastes
of almonds.
Excellent when paired with Italian style “antipasti”, first courses
and cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C, 50-54°F
