Winemaking::
Handpicked grapes, from vines with low yields. Skin maceration, flotation clearing and temperature-controlled fermentation. After alcoholic
fermentation, bâtonnage for one month once a week.
Minimum of 2 month aging in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Perfect as an aperitif during summer season. Pairs perfectly with fish,
poultry and salads, Asian and Mediterranean dishes. Also serve along
with tapas!
The wine is bright and clear, with a light hay re lections. Abundant and
elegant loral notes along with fragrances of fresh lemon and orange
blossoms. Rich and full body with a soft texture on the pallet. Finishing
with delicate tropical lavors.
Pairs exceptionally well with Asian dishes and a variety of seafoods.
Also, a enjoy with poultry dishes and fresh salads.
