Winemaking:

Grapes are de-stemmed to obtain the most expressive varietal aromas. Vinified rapidly without oxidation, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

The wine is bright and clear, with a light lemony hue. Fruity and fresh, clean and aromatic. Interesting rich bouquet dominated by fresh cut green apples. Soft minerality with medium structure and a clean fresh, well-balanced finish.

Pairs exceptionally well with Asian dishes and a variety of seafoods. Also enjoy with poultry dishes and fresh salads.
