Winemaking:: 

Grapes of the highest quality are hand harvested into small baskets beginning in late September. The main grapes are 2017, and begin aging in stainless steel vats to retain the wines’ freshness and full fruity qualities. Finishing takes place in large oak barrels to increase the wines’ complexity and volume.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of leather, Caribbean spices, touch of Oregano and ground

coffee. Very velvety on the pallet, dark chocolate infused with orange peel and nutmeg. Balanced smooth and pleasing tannins. The late finish is rich with black plum, leather, anise and licorice. Enjoy thru 2030.
