Kicking off the pack is Giol Prosecco DOC Veneto,

Pale straw yellow sparkling wine with greenish highlights and a fine
persistent bead. Pronounced fruity nose of white-fleshed fruit,
apples and peaches, and floral notes of wisteria and acacia blossom,
completed by hints of crusty bread and yeast. On the palate it is well
balanced and delicately dry, characterized by a pleasant acidulous
flavor and good structure. Excellent as an aperitif and for toasts. It
also goes well with vegetable and light fish hors d’oeuvres, soups
and starters, pasta and risottos.

Bodegas Bocopa, Laudum Macabeo, Allecante DO.

Bright light straw color. Fresh aromas, of citrus and green apple on the nose. Soft texture with hints of white flowers and vanilla in the mid palate. Balanced acidity, dry, long minerality, finishing with notes of vanilla and graphite.
Pairs exceptionally well with shellfish, fish, white meats and rice dishes.

Domain Slamon, Muscade Sur Lie Vielles, Grande Reserve, Loire Valley

Matured on the lees for 7 to 9 months, in large 4000 liter old barrels.
Increasing the aromatic potential, preserving natural fermentation gas, giving the wine light and effervescent finish. Bright, light golden color. Fresh, fruity, clean aromas and flavors of lemon zest, dried leaves, cumin and toasted yeast.
A lively, dry, yet medium-full body and a smooth texture. Complex lengthy finish with mineral toasty aromas and flavors of ripe key li-mes, Meyer lemon, and salinity. Delicacy, finesse and elegance com-plete the palate.
Pairs beautifully with cheese, mixed salads, grilled fish, especially with sauces, sea foods, and white meats.

Tenuta Tomasella Rosso, DOC Veneto Friuli.

On the nose, deep red berry and mild spices.
The combination of soft fruity Merlot and a powerful, rich
Refosco, merge beautifully producing a full bodied, savory wine. Full round, soft silky texture on the palate, ripe berries ending in a complexity of spice and light tannins, a long finish and perfect bal-ance
Excellent when paired with heavier dishes, roasts, lamb chops and mature cheeses.
An excellent all round go to wine, and is particularly suited to me-dium strength cheeses, varied first courses, baked fish dishes.

A. Velesco Hijos Crienza, Castella y Leon,Toro DO. 

This wine has intense, deep ruby color, intense aromas of rich

ripe red fruit, black cherry and vanilla. Mid palate silky with
notes of Licorice and Vanilla. Finishing with a balanced elegance,
Late flavors of tobacco, licorice, and mushroom.
Very well balanced, soft and very smooth tannins.
Serve with Manchango Cheese, roasted or grilled and red meats.

Maynard's Port Reserve

Aromas of leather, Caribbean spices, touch of Oregano and ground
coffee. Very velvety on the pallet, dark chocolate infused with orange peel and nutmeg. Balanced smooth and pleasing tannins. The late fin-ish is rich with black plum, leather, anise and licorice.
