Chateau Peybonhommes-les-Tours 2010 Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux
Chateau Peybonhommes-les-Tours 2010 Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux
Intense dark ruby red color. With Merlot being the prominent varietal, this wine begins with lush plum and mocha nose. Smooth on the palate, with ample fruit and earthy terroir, this wine exceeds even ones highest expectations from a Cru Bourgeois. The long finish reflects the firm tannins and balanced acidity. Drink now through 2020. Serving Temperature: 16-18°C / 60-64°F
Winemaking
Hand-picked early in season to ensure fresh taste and well-integrated acidity. First fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete tanks, then matured in barrels for one year to concentrate flavors and aromas, completely following the organic & biodynamic principles of wine making.
