Tasting notes:
Intense red with persistent violet foam. Dak fruit and balanced minerality.
This intense sparkling Lambrusco has mineral and fruity aromas. Fresh and lively on the pallet and incredible pure in the mouth. Deep favor, long and elegant finish. Pair with pecorino and with aged cheeses such as; parmigiano reggiano and grana padano also, tasty meat main courses such as cotechino, game or Fiorentina.
