Tasting Notes
Bles is the name given to an indigenous plant– Chrysanthemum Bles. Our Organic vineyards thrive with nature and insects like the Lady Bug, help to maintain the health of the vine.
Notes of red fruit, wild strawberries and aromatic plants are please to the nose. Dark cherry color, with medium intensity, soft in the mouth, medium body and structure, exposing a jammy dark red fruit, blueberry and current finish.
This wine is the perfect match for heavy cheeses, grilled vegetables and meats.
