A selection of grapes made from our traditional plots
Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, and free of chemical pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and in-organic fertilizers. These practices improve soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines to achieve the highest quality grapes. Mediterranean climate, at 750 m above sea level, along the banks of the river Jucar. Night harvested in October to retain the best balance of acid and sugar. Alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures between 25-27°C. Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels before bottling with gentle filtering to keep all natural aromas and characteristics.
