Get ready to surprise Dad!

Get ready to surprise Dad!

Its that time of year again when we want to do something special for the "King of the Castle"!. Here, at the Organic Cellar we love to put together great packs that you can use to say something special to that AWESOME guy! DADDIO!

And of course we want to make sure that your dad gets the finest Organic and Natural wines that he can. Don't just buy him conventional, regular wine for his special day, give him a pack of Healthy Estate Wines!

This year we have two choices for you.

The 3 Pack dinner pairing featuring Vindegour Cava Brut DO 2009 Brut from the heart of the Penedes Region in Spain, a great way to start off that special dinner toasting to Dad! Next is the Bichi Borghesi Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG 2015, a Classic year in Tuscany. From the family estate which started in 1604 near the beautiful city of Sienna. And finally the Chateau Mamin Bordeaux Graves 2009 a big round Merlot Cabernet blend with long deep, dark ripe summer fruit and hints of Vanilla and smoke. A long and drawn finish......yummmmm!

If you want to really treat Dad, go for the 6 pack!

Including the 3 wines above and adding a beautiful white Sauvignon Blanc from Chateau Billard Bordeaux AOC 2018. Crisp, medium, body, hints of lemon and pares with cheeses, poultry, shrimp and seafood's.

A soft, long and elegant 2017 Merlot from the estate Giol, just north of Venice Italy, in the Veneto Region. Mature fruit and long soft tannins, a beauty for accompanying soft cheeses, charcuterie, grilled pork and chicken. This estate dates back to 1427!

And finally a Spanish Crienza from Bodegas Aranleon, near Valencia. Blend of indigenous Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet. A dry and pleasing blend, light back palate , aged over 18 months in oak and great for BBQ's and anything roasted!

Or if you want to make up something special for your Pops, email me brian@theorganiccellar.com or just call 949-306-5474.  We would be more than happy to put something together for you!

Cheers and Happy Father's Day!
